Deborah was a Senior Policy Analyst for Access, where she focused on the intersection of internet governance policy and human rights and specifically worked on internet governance reforms. Previously, she has worked with the United Nations Foundation/UN Association of the USA, the National Democratic Institute, and the International Foundation for Electoral Systems where she concentrated on human rights, democracy, and good governance issues. Deborah received her master's degree from Georgetown University in Democracy and Governance and Arab Studies, and her bachelor's degree from Barnard College in Political Science and Human Rights. This year she has joined APC's Communications and Information Policy Programme as a Senor Project Coordinator mainly involved in the APC-IMPACT project, among others.
